Kyu Kumite (Five Point)
- Kyu Kumite is introduced at the white belt level.
- It should always be practiced with perfect form.
- Kyu Kumite is one of the required events for the Green Belt test
The attacker and defender reverse roles after each of the five points.

Left crescent kick, right crescent kick. | Right crescent kick block, left crescent kick block.Trap the second crescent kick and swing attacker around. Grab shoulder with left hand, reverse punch to back of head. |
